Our Catastrophic Claims team have experience and a strong focus on facilitating independence. They understand how to assess and manage the complexities that arise and know when to act urgently. Communication skills combined with clinical knowledge and an understanding of the psychosocial factors that influence outcomes are Framework’s strong suit.
