Our experience in managing psychological and physical injuries under the Workers Compensation umbrella for many years has led to this natural progression for providing a Mediation service.

Mediation allows for the exploration and clarification of issues, facilitation of open discussion between conflicting parties, development of options while considering alternatives and endeavouring to reach a beneficial agreement.  Throughout the process our trained mediator remains an impartial third party whose role is to facilitate discussion and ensure the dignity and reputation of all parties involved, whilst reaching workable agreement consistent with Workforce policies and legislation.
